Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Mandarin lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to improve students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Create an immersive, interactive, and culturally rich classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student development and performance.
- Organize cultural workshops or events to promote interest in Chinese culture.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum materials and teaching standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mandarin teacher or tutor (min 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is a significant advantage).
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Passionate about student-centered learning and innovative teaching practices.
- Patient, adaptable, and capable of managing classroom dynamics effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
