Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Lead tax compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and deadlines
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and developing talent
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes
