Job Description
As the Head of Modern Trade at Pengiklan Anonim, you will spearhead the development and execution of modern trade strategies to accelerate brand growth and market share across key retail channels in Jakarta Timur and surrounding regions. You will lead a highâperforming team of trade marketers, sales executives, and channel managers, fostering a culture of dataâdriven decision making and continuous improvement. Your role will involve collaborating closely with crossâfunctional partners such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to design trade promotions, optimize shelf presence, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with modern trade partners. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities for expansion while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. In addition, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and major modern trade accounts, ensuring that brand objectives are aligned with retailer expectations. Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimize trade spend ROI through rigorous performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in modern trade, sales, or channel management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering doubleâdigit growth.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with senior retail buyers.
- Expertise in trade promotion management, category management, and retail analytics.
- Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; both written and spoken.
