Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of qualitative research projects, from scoping to final reporting, for diverse industry clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative qualitative methodologies (focus groups, IDIs, ethnography, digital qual, etc.).
  • Manage and mentor a team of qualitative researchers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Collaborate with quantitative teams to deliver integrated insight solutions and strategic recommendations.
  • Build strong client relationships, presenting findings and advising on strategic implications.
  • Drive continuous improvement of research processes, tools, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to business development by crafting proposals and thought‑leadership content.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in qualitative market research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in qualitative research design, moderation, and analysis (e.g., NVivo, SPSS, MaxQDA).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable client strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with digital qual platforms and emerging research technologies is a plus.
