Cordlife Persada is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across our diverse B2B and B2C channels. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting the sales roadmap, optimizing market penetration in the healthcare sector, and leading a high-performing team to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
The ideal candidate possesses a sharp business acumen, a profound understanding of medical health service landscapes, and an innate ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with executive leadership to refine our value proposition and ensure Cordlife remains at the forefront of the medical services market in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth across B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure KPIs and high performance standards are met consistently.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indonesian healthcare and medical services market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and end-consumers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maximize market share.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and post-sales client engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational departments to align sales goals with company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical/Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Strong track record of managing and scaling B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian medical and healthcare market environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, build forecasting models, and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
