Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with K3 regulations and environmental standards
- Manage hazardous material handling and waste disposal processes
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety documentation
- Provide HSE guidance to staff and contractors during operations
- Track HSE performance metrics and prepare regulatory reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Valid K3 Umum certification (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in mining/natural resources sector
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations
- Certified in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies
- Proficiency with HSE software and reporting systems
- Excellent communication and training facilitation skills
