Trinity Workforce Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare AR Collection (RCM) Specialist for immediate deployment in Makati City and Quezon City. This is a full-time, on-site role within a dynamic Healthcare BPO environment serving international clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end revenue cycle management, focusing on accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, and payment posting for US healthcare providers. Responsibilities
- Perform timely follow-up on outstanding healthcare accounts receivable from insurance payers and patients.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and discrepancies using payer portals and clearinghouses.
- Submit appeals and corrected claims with appropriate documentation to maximize reimbursement.
- Post payments, adjustments, and denials accurately within the RCM system.
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and authorization details prior to billing.
- Collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure clean claim submission.
- Maintain productivity and quality metrics as per client and company standards.
- Document all collection activities and account notes comprehensively.
Qualifications
- At least 12 months of experience in Healthcare AR Collections within an international BPO setting.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes – from charge capture to payment posting.
- Familiarity with medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and payer guidelines.
- Experience with healthcare billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, NextGen) and payer portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City or Quezon City and amenable to shifting schedules.
- College degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Business, or related field is a plus but not required.
