Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Hearing Aid Repair Technician to join Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd. In this critical role, you will serve as the technical expert for hearing assistive devices, ensuring they are restored to optimal functionality. You will work in our state-of-the-art laboratory, focusing on precision repairs, 3D ear mould fabrication, and comprehensive quality testing.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide variety of hearing aid malfunctions, including digital and analog devices, using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Perform precision repairs, including soldering, cleaning, and mechanical adjustments on circuit boards and microchips.
- Manufacture custom 3D ear moulds and tubing to ensure a perfect fit for clients.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on all repaired devices before they are returned to the audiologist.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile laboratory environment to comply with health and safety standards.
- Document repair history and communicate technical findings to the clinical team or clients.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Audio Engineering, or Audiology.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in hearing aid repair or electronic servicing.
- In-depth knowledge of hearing aid circuitry, microprocessors, and acoustic principles.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with very small components.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a laboratory setting.
