Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on hotel fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
- Maintain detailed service logs and maintenance records for all fleet vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards for guest and staff transportation.
- Monitor and maintain vehicle fluid levels, battery health, and tire pressure.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and manage inventory of essential maintenance supplies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanic, preferably with fleet or commercial vehicle maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and use diagnostic tools effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
