Join Avail BPO Philippines as an HR Coordinator focused on compensation and benefits plus payroll. In this role, you will partner with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain comprehensive benefits programs, and guarantee adherence to Philippine labor laws and statutory contributions. You will be a primary point of contact for employees on payroll and benefits matters, delivering respectful service while safeguarding confidential information.
As part of the payroll and benefits team, you will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to administer compensation programs, manage benefits enrollment and changes, and support regulatory reporting. You will drive process improvements, maintain data integrity in HR systems, produce payroll-related reports, and assist with internal audits. Key responsibilities include accurate payroll processing, validation of timekeeping data, deductions, and benefits contributions while ensuring compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax requirements. You will manage benefits administration, liaise with vendors, respond to employee inquiries, and support year-end activities. Responsibilities
- Process and validate payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with government statutory contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and relevant taxes.
- Maintain accurate payroll data in HRIS and payroll systems; generate regular reports for management and audits.
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries with timely, professional service.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to support annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, and regulatory reporting.
- Support year-end activities, audits, and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software; advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, data integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
