Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Handle complex employee queries with a high level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Utilize HR Service Management systems to log, track, and resolve employee service requests.
- Collaborate with internal HR departments to streamline service delivery and improve response times.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a contact center or shared service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and patience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high performance in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong understanding of local labor regulations and HR operational best practices.
