Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to understand the specific requirements and goals of potential clients.
- Design and present customized insurance and investment packages based on the client's risk profile and financial objectives.
- Proactively identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement in Pangasinan.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators set by the branch management.
- Stay informed about the latest AXA products, market trends, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
- Assist clients throughout the policy application process and provide support during the claims procedure.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and corporate events to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve financial and professional success.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or customer service is highly preferred but not required.
- Willingness to undergo the licensing process required by the Insurance Commission.
- Residing in or willing to work in Santo Tomas, Pangasinan.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and social media platforms for lead generation and client management.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
