You will collaborate closely with our design and project teams to develop concepts, select materials, and oversee execution from initial sketches to final installation. Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for new store openings and outlet renovations
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas
- Select and source furniture, finishes, lighting, and decorative elements within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain design integrity
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, safety regulations, and local codes
- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative solutions to improve store aesthetics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail or commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
