Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in developing design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations.
- Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations using AutoCAD.
- Prepare 3D modeling and renderings using SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare basic site documentation and reports.
- Assist in material sourcing, selection, and procurement for various projects.
- Update project boards and manage design archives efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Support the administrative needs of the design department.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong passion for interior design and a keen sense of aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and interior finishes is a plus.
- Valid passport/visa to work in Singapore (if applicable).
