Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate coding of invoices to the general ledger and cost centers
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support audit requests by providing required documentation and reports
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
