You will collaborate closely with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documents
- Support the budgeting process and monitor expenditure against budgets
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Assist with audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and schedules
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in numerical data entry
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication skills in English; Filipino language is a plus
