Responsibilities
- Process and verify financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to established accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote (WFH) environment with minimal supervision.
