We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Junior Architect / Architectural Drafter to join our creative team. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, sections, and elevations using industry-standard software.
- Assist senior architects in the development of project concepts and design iterations.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure accuracy of blueprints.
- Maintain organized digital project files and documentation.
- Perform site measurements and document existing conditions accurately.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to ongoing design challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and client visual documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Enscape is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and technical symbols.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural sketches and turn them into clear technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
