As a Junior AV Crew member, you will be an essential part of our operations team, assisting with the preparation, installation, and basic operation of AV equipment for corporate events, conferences, concerts, and more. You will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where every event is different. From setting up speakers and microphones to running cables and troubleshooting basic issues, you will develop a strong foundation in AV technology.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, testing, and teardown of AV equipment including speakers, microphones, projectors, screens, and lighting rigs for events.
- Support the AV team in running and securing cables, ensuring safe and tidy layouts in venues.
- Perform basic operation and monitoring of sound, video, and lighting systems during events under supervision.
- Help with inventory management – checking, packing, and maintaining AV equipment before and after events.
- Provide on-the-ground support during event rehearsals, live sessions, and post-event dismantling.
- Report any equipment faults or issues to senior crew members and assist with minor troubleshooting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, equipment racks, and work vehicles.
- Participate in training sessions to upgrade AV technical skills and safety knowledge.
Qualifications
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) status required.
- No prior AV experience necessary – training will be provided; a keen interest in event technology is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment up to 20kg, stand for extended periods, and work in various event environments.
- Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per event schedules.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow instructions calmly under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for equipment operation and digital communication.
- Own transport or ability to travel to event sites across Singapore (Central Region base) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
