Responsibilities
- Execute daily bakery production schedules in strict accordance with FLODA’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Measure and combine ingredients to prepare various types of doughs, fillings, and glazes.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and decoration of bread and pastry products.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw ingredients and assist in stock management and reordering.
- Collaborate with the head baker to improve production efficiency and experiment with new recipes.
- Ensure all finished products meet visual and quality standards before display or delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or vocational training in Culinary Arts/Patisserie.
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of various baking ingredients and equipment operation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex recipes and measurements accurately.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
