Responsibilities
- Prepare and shape various types of dough according to specifications and recipes
- Operate baking equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor dough development and ensure consistent quality standards
- Pack finished bakery products according to packaging guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Assist in inventory management and raw material preparation
- Follow food safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in baking or food production is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy equipment
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
