Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Log and update customer interactions and relevant information in the CRM database.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized teams when necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business, Communications, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily performance targets.
