As part of our technical operations team, you will be instrumental in supporting daily production requirements. We are looking for a proactive professional who is comfortable working in a shift-based environment (Morning and Night shifts) and possesses a strong foundation in mechanical assembly and schematic interpretation. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret complex schematic drawings and technical blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform high-precision mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on machinery to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during production to minimize downtime.
- Document maintenance logs and report performance metrics accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineering staff to implement process improvements.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and cleanroom protocols (AWS standards).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven ability to interpret and execute work based on technical schematic drawings.
- Prior experience in mechanical assembly or industrial maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern (Morning and Night shifts).
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety requirements and industrial maintenance practices.
