- Support project teams with real-time cost analysis during execution
- Research and update pricing for materials, subcontractors, and equipment
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in construction estimation or project administration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to mathematical accuracy
- Understanding of Indonesian construction materials and labor costs
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and architectural plans
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
