Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, inquiry-based lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum goals.
- Create a welcoming, stimulating, and safe classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians regarding academic and social growth.
- Foster positive social-emotional habits in children, including empathy, teamwork, and independence.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families through scheduled meetings and updates.
- Participate in school-wide professional development workshops and collaborative planning sessions.
- Supervise classroom activities and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for classroom instruction and parent communication.
- Strong classroom management skills with a patient, nurturing, and positive demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to create interactive learning materials and visual aids.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of child development milestones and modern pedagogical practices.
