Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Practical spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Capability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Comfortable using computer systems and MS Office applications
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
