Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to customers via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform policies, promotions, and technical troubleshooting steps.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure end-to-end resolution.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes by identifying recurring customer pain points.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage).
- Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
