Masari Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead English Teacher to oversee the operations of our language learning center in Jakarta Pusat. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of English teachers, providing professional development and support.
- Design, review, and update curriculum and teaching materials to meet student needs and educational standards.
- Monitor student progress, analyze learning outcomes, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Drive enrollment growth and retention through effective marketing, outreach, and partnership initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing parent and student inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare operational reports, budget forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience teaching English as a second language (ESL/EFL).
- Proven experience in a supervisory, managerial, or lead teacher role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment techniques, and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems.
- Fluent in English (native or near‑native proficiency); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
