Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day workshop activities to ensure high productivity and timely project completion.
- Conduct advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various truck models.
- Supervise, train, and provide technical guidance to junior mechanics and support staff.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for all vehicle repairs and services.
- Manage workshop tools, equipment, and parts inventory to ensure optimal readiness.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed service reports and communicate status updates to management and clients.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Mechanic or Senior Technician, specifically with heavy-duty trucks.
- Strong knowledge of truck engine systems, transmissions, brakes, and electrical diagnostics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Relevant vocational or technical degree in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and operational efficiency.
