In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from tour to move‑in. You'll maintain a deep knowledge of our property portfolio, market trends, and community amenities to match residents with their ideal homes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and present community features, amenities, and pricing to prospective residents.
- Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and negotiate rental terms.
- Maintain accurate occupancy data and update listings on website and third‑party platforms.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract new residents and achieve leasing targets.
- Provide post‑lease support, including move‑in coordination and resident retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth property operations.
- Stay current on local market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer‑facing roles within real estate or hospitality.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing goals and deliver high‑quality service.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
