Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for 5-7 high-value properties, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and budget oversight
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve 95%+ occupancy rates across portfolios
- Lead tenant relations through conflict resolution, lease negotiations, and community engagement initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, prepare monthly reports, and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations (TAA, FHA, ADA)
- Mentor junior staff and conduct property inspections to uphold brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize digital presence and resident acquisition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive property management experience with luxury/residential portfolios
- Valid Texas Real Estate License or equivalent certification (CPM, ARM preferred)
- Proven track record in financial management, including P&L statements and budget forecasting
- Expert knowledge of local rental markets, fair housing laws, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field required
- Crisis management certification or equivalent emergency response training
