Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols and inspections to secure premises and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to maintain access control.
- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations such as fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
- Write detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports for management and client review.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests and employees with inquiries and directions.
- Enforce company policies and legal regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Security Guard (S.O.) License from the PNP-SOSIA.
- Minimum educational attainment of High School Graduate; College units are an advantage.
- Must meet physical fitness standards and required height specifications for security personnel.
- Possess a clean professional record with valid NBI, Police, and Barangay clearances.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino (local Bicolano dialect is a plus).
- Willingness to work in various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
