Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of assigned premises to detect and prevent security breaches, fire hazards, and safety violations.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control points, ensuring the strict identification and logging of all personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents, taking appropriate action and coordinating with local authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover documentation in compliance with agency and client standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, tenants, and visitors with inquiries, directions, and access-related needs in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enforce site-specific security protocols, rules, and regulations to maintain order and security within the assigned area.
- Perform bag checks, ID verification, and security screening procedures to prevent unauthorized items or individuals from entering the premises.
Qualifications
- Must be a holder of a valid Security License (Basic Security Guard License) issued by the Philippine National Police – Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (PNP-SOSIA).
- At least a high school diploma (K-12) or Senior High School Graduate; Bachelor's degree in Criminology or a related field is an advantage.
- With or without prior experience as a Security Guard; fresh license holders and OJT completers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Physically healthy and fit for security duties, with good eyesight and hearing.
- Must have no pending criminal case or derogatory record.
- Possesses strong observational skills, alertness, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willing to be assigned anywhere within Pampanga, Central Luzon and to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
