Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned premises using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly products
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks including floor care, sanitization, and waste management
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance for hazardous materials handling
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report deficiencies promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cleaning schedules and resource allocation
- Operate specialized cleaning machinery such as scrubbers, extractors, and high-pressure cleaners
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial/residential cleaning or sanitation services
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain consistent cleaning standards
- Physical stamina to handle prolonged standing, bending, and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Valid work permit or Singaporean citizenship/residency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Good communication skills in English or Mandarin
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
