We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Controller / Fabricator to join our Product Engineering team. As a Machine Controller, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and fabrication of precision machinery. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, lathes, and manual fabrication equipment to produce high-precision components.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output to ensure it meets strict quality control and engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering department to implement process improvements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and local regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Technology.
- Proven experience in machine operation, fabrication, or a similar technical role.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical blueprints and engineering layouts.
- Familiarity with standard hand tools, measuring instruments, and safety protocols.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for operating production monitoring systems.
