Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes and electric hoists.
- Perform comprehensive inspections to ensure equipment compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customer PICs before, during, and after service visits.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and execute effective repair solutions.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for every site visit.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding proper equipment operation and care.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage spare parts inventory and service scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in maintenance of industrial lifting equipment (hoists, cranes, or conveyors).
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical assembly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Bekasi and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Proficiency in basic office software for reporting purposes.
