Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Install, calibrate, and qualify new tools and subsystems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults, minimizing downtime through rapid root‑cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports in compliance with ISO and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to optimize equipment performance and support yield improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, PPE usage, and hazardous material handling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable working in a multicultural shift environment.
