Responsibilities
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Perform timely repairs on building equipment, fixtures, and furniture to ensure the safety and comfort of all occupants.
- Monitor and operate building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls to maintain optimal climate and energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency maintenance calls, troubleshooting technical failures with minimal downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and CBRE’s internal safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of external contractors during specialized facility upgrades or large-scale repairs.
- Ensure all tools and maintenance equipment are properly stored, maintained, and calibrated for safe usage.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Vocational Course or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (TESDA National Certificate II/III is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within a commercial, residential, or industrial facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and general HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals accurately.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments, including heights or confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Local residency in or near Bacoor City, Cavite is highly preferred.
