Responsibilities
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on building facilities and M&E systems.
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and service requests across various sites in the East.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance projects and installations.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Ensure all work is carried out in strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Operate the company vehicle safely to transport tools and materials to job locations.
- Provide technical reports and recommendations for system improvements to the management.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (essential for driving the company van home).
- Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical field-service role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of M&E systems, basic plumbing, and general handyman repairs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to perform site visits primarily located in the East Region of Singapore.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Must be physically fit to handle tools and perform manual maintenance tasks.
