Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance explanations
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to support strategic planning
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against targets
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and insights
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Minimum 3 years of management accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with rolling forecasts and budgeting processes
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
