Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
