As the Manager of Business Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring accurate forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation. You will play a critical role in driving profitability, managing budgets, and communicating complex financial data to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders to understand their objectives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and forecasts, driving corrective actions.
- Oversee cost control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and present high-level financial reports and presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA or MBA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
