We are partnering with a high-growth regional group seeking a strategic and analytical Manager, FP&A & Corporate Development to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact role designed for a finance professional who excels at the intersection of rigorous financial planning, operational business partnering, and inorganic growth strategy.
In this capacity, you will take ownership of the full-cycle budgeting and forecasting processes while serving as a key advisor to regional business unit leaders. Beyond core FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing corporate development initiatives, including M&A due diligence and integration support. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong foundation in corporate finance and a keen interest in driving scalable growth across a dynamic regional landscape.

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial modeling and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Serve as a primary finance business partner to regional stakeholders, offering insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, including valuation, financial due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Support the post-merger integration process to ensure financial targets and synergy realizations are met.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to track performance and support capital allocation strategies.
- Prepare regular reporting packages for the board and regional leadership, highlighting key performance drivers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate development within a regional/multinational context.
- Proven expertise in building complex financial models and conducting deep-dive business analysis.
- Strong understanding of M&A transaction lifecycle and valuation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion), and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
