In this capacity, you will take ownership of the full-cycle budgeting and forecasting processes while serving as a key advisor to regional business unit leaders. Beyond core FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing corporate development initiatives, including M&A due diligence and integration support. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong foundation in corporate finance and a keen interest in driving scalable growth across a dynamic regional landscape.

If you are a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses the acumen to translate financial data into actionable business intelligence, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive financial modeling and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Serve as a primary finance business partner to regional stakeholders, offering insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, including valuation, financial due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Support the post-merger integration process to ensure financial targets and synergy realizations are met.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to track performance and support capital allocation strategies.
  • Prepare regular reporting packages for the board and regional leadership, highlighting key performance drivers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate development within a regional/multinational context.
  • Proven expertise in building complex financial models and conducting deep-dive business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of M&A transaction lifecycle and valuation methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion), and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
