Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans for senior populations across diverse demographics
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for elderly clients
- Coordinate connections between seniors and relevant government schemes, subsidies, and community services
- Translate complex government policies into accessible communications for seniors and stakeholders
- Design and implement awareness campaigns to increase service utilization among target groups
- Analyze service delivery metrics and program effectiveness to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, NGOs, and government agencies to create integrated care pathways
- Monitor policy changes and assess their impact on senior service delivery models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, program development, or senior care coordination
- Proven expertise in government policy interpretation and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical skills with experience in needs assessment and service mapping
- Exceptional communication abilities with experience developing multigenerational outreach strategies
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare ecosystem and eldercare landscape
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives
