Based in Alexandra North, Singapore, you will oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities across a dynamic portfolio of hospitality-related entities operating across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, a professional certification (CPA/CA/CIMA), and at least 8 years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on hospitality or real estate. Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel skills are essential. You have proven leadership capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Frasers Hospitality portfolio, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and consolidation.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP across multiple jurisdictions (Singapore, Asia, Australia, Europe).
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support for new projects, acquisitions, and operational improvements.
- Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or property.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience with multi-jurisdictional reporting and consolidation.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a multinational environment.
- Highly proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to senior management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
