Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Frasers Hospitality portfolio, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and consolidation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP across multiple jurisdictions (Singapore, Asia, Australia, Europe).
  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support for new projects, acquisitions, and operational improvements.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or property.
