Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Mandarin to clients through phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet individual performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team success
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proficient in English communication (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or related role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
