In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the language proficiency and cultural understanding of students across Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary levels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Mandarin language curricula tailored for KG, Primary, and Secondary levels.
- Design interactive and engaging lesson plans that incorporate multimedia, games, and cultural activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to holistic student development.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, standardized testing, and constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student achievements, challenges, and developmental milestones.
- Organize and participate in cultural events and language immersion programs to enrich the student experience.
- Collaborate with fellow department members to align teaching standards with the foundation's educational vision.
- Integrate character-building and humanistic values into daily language instruction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a K-12 school setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification preferred) and professional proficiency in English or Indonesian.
- Strong pedagogical skills with an ability to manage diverse age groups (KG to Secondary).
- High level of cultural competence and passion for promoting cross-cultural understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in modern educational technology and classroom management software.
