Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery within a cleanroom environment, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections, documenting results accurately and identifying non-conforming products or processes.
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective actions to restore operations efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment, participating in validation and qualification activities.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify process improvements and enhance manufacturing efficiency and product yield.
- Accurately record production data, maintenance activities, and quality control results using designated systems.
Qualifications
- ITE/Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical field).
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Technician in a manufacturing or production setting, preferably within a cleanroom or controlled environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operational manuals.
- Experience with various hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
