Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet safety and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe working environment.
- Assist in the packing, labelling, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Document daily production progress and report any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or factory environment is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Basic proficiency in Malay and/or English.
