Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines, robotic cells, and automated assembly lines in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality inspections, including in‑process checks using micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, collaborate with maintenance teams, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation adhering to 5S and safety regulations, and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document production data, process parameters, and deviations accurately in the MES system.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production flow and resolve production issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., NITEC, ITE certificate) in a technical or engineering discipline.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to undergo extensive hands‑on training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting light loads, and working in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of safety standards, proper use of PPE, and commitment to a safe workplace.
